Well- I let my sister borrow my camera for her her trip to Mexico, so I can't promise that there will be many pictures up for the next 2 1/2 weeks. I will go through my old pics to see if there is anything worth posting. I hope everyone is doing great. Bye for now.

A Few Pics

I love this picture! I took this picture the other day when I went to Memphis. :)

I Like this one too. It's not amazing, but I thought it was worth posting. :)

Alaina is always fun to take pictures of. These are just a few from a recent photo shoot.I was very happy with the lighting. I think it is some of the best lighting for outside, sunny day portraits. I was very happy with the results.

National Geographic Photography Seminar!

I am going to go to a National Geographic Photography Seminar with my dad in March and I am very, very excited about it. I just got done watching a documentary that National Geographic did called "Through the Lens". It is a must see for anybody interested in photography.

Here is the description- from the website:
The thrill of adventure, it's a mix of adrenaline, danger, excitement, and action. But trying to capture that thrill in an eye-catching image is never easy, especially when the photographer braves infernos, dangles from cliffs or skydives from 13,000 feet above the ground. Learn the stories behind the lens where split-second timing can spell the difference between exhilarating success and devastating failure.

This video made me even more excited about the seminar. I have lots to look forward to. I can't wait!

Mini Photo Studio Attempt

Yesterday I attempted to do some "studio" shots. So here are the results. I am still getting to know my overhead flash. So the pics aren't anything great. The kids are cute though, so they make the photo.
