When read about this photo contest hosted by Raquel over at God's Daughter and Lucia over at ☂ From Under my Little Umbrella ☂, I was so excited and I just had to enter... so here are my entries.
The silhouette of Brian and Chasah is an award-winner for sure!!!
You know, when you started photography, I remember thinking your pictures were "ok" or sometimes "pretty good"....but I (just a regular person not really adept at judging pictures or anything) was, truthfully, not overly impressed. But NOW? Now? WOW!!! I'm overly impressed!! Your pics are beautiful.
To me, it's a great example of someone taking up an art, a hobby, or a skill, and working at it...practicing it... and getting better and better. Just want to tell you I'm proud of you. Not just for the photography, but for your "hutzpah"....your continual living of life, pressing through the rough times, willingness to admit mistakes and struggles and look for what's to be learned from them. And CHANGING! and looking for God.
You are precious to Him, to us, and to me.
I love you & I hope that picture wins something!!!!
